Fair questions
How should I pack my clubs?+
Inside a travel cover, always. And it's worth filling the gaps: paper, bubble wrap or some clothing around the clubs so they don't shift in transit, plus protection on the heads. You confirm this when you book, and we send you a short packing guide.
What if my clubs are delayed?+
We'll know before you do, and we'll get straight on it. And if there's no fix in time, we guarantee you a professional set of clubs so you can play your round.
Where do you ship from and to?+
We collect across mainland Europe and deliver anywhere in mainland Spain. For the Balearics or Canaries, message us and we'll work it out.
How far ahead should I book?+
Book at least a week ahead; in high season we recommend two weeks or more. The more margin, the calmer it is.
