We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Data Protection and Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).
2. What data we process
Depending on how you interact with us, we may process:
Booking data
- Name and surname
- Email address
- Phone number
- Collection and delivery addresses
- Order details (bag type, service booked, dates)
Payment data
- Card details are entered directly into the payment gateway and are not stored by us. We retain only the transaction reference and its status.
Communications
- The content of emails or forms you send us
Browsing data
- IP address, browser type, pages visited and similar technical data collected by our web hosting and measurement tools
3. Why we process it, and our legal basis

We do not carry out automated decision-making with legal effects, and we do not carry out profiling.
4. Who we share data with
To provide the service we rely on external suppliers. We share only the data each function requires:
- Carriers: receive name, phone number and collection and delivery addresses, needed to physically carry out the shipment.
- Logistics management platform: processes shipment data to generate labels and coordinate with carriers.
- Payment gateway: processes payment. Card details are handled directly by the provider.
- Transactional email provider: sends order confirmation and tracking emails.
- Hosting and database provider: stores website and order information.
- Insurer: where an incident is covered, receives the data needed to handle the claim.
- Public authorities and tax advisers: where legally required.
All suppliers are bound by data processing agreements under Article 28 GDPR.
5. International transfers
Some suppliers may be located outside the European Economic Area. Where that is the case, transfers rely on European Commission adequacy decisions or on standard contractual clauses, together with any applicable additional safeguards.
6. How long we keep data
- Order data: for the duration of the contractual relationship and afterwards for as long as needed to handle any resulting liability (generally 5 years).
- Accounting and tax data: for the period required by tax and commercial law (generally 6 years).
- Enquiries and communications: until the enquiry is resolved, plus a reasonable period afterwards.
- Browsing data: as set out in the cookie policy, where applicable.
7. Your rights
You may exercise the following rights at any time:
- Access: find out what data of yours we process
- Rectification: correct inaccurate data
- Erasure: ask us to delete data that is no longer needed
- Objection: object to certain processing
- Restriction: ask us to restrict processing
- Portability: receive your data in a structured format
To exercise them, write to info@pgroundsports.com stating which right you wish to exercise. We may ask you to verify your identity.
If you believe your request has not been handled properly, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration: encrypted communications, access controls on the admin panel, and suppliers with recognised security standards.
9. Children
The service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The version in force is always the one published on the website, with its effective date shown at the top.
