Effective from 31 July 2026.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files downloaded to your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to remember information about your visit, such as your chosen language or whether you have already responded to this notice, and they are also used to measure how the site is used and to serve advertising.
Alongside cookies we use similar technologies (pixels, browser local storage), to which this policy also applies.
2. Who uses them
The controller is Fairway Sports Group, S.L. (NIF B22725899), registered at Calle Lagasca 61, planta 1, puerta 3, 28001 Madrid, Spain, contactable at info@pgroundsports.com.
3. The cookies we use
Strictly necessary cookies
Essential for the site to work. No consent required.
They keep your session active, remember your chosen language, run the booking and payment process, and store your choice regarding this cookie notice.
Analytics cookies
These require your consent.
We use Google Analytics, managed through Google Tag Manager, to understand how many people visit the site, which pages they view and how they find us. This information is handled in aggregate and helps us improve the website.
Advertising and third-party cookies
These require your consent.
We use Google Ads (and, in future, the Meta pixel from Facebook and Instagram) to measure how well our advertising campaigns perform and to show relevant ads to people who have visited our site.
4. Your consent
The first time you visit the site you will see a notice allowing you to:
- Accept all cookies
- Reject non-essential cookies
- Manage your preferences by category
Analytics and advertising cookies are not loaded until you give consent. Strictly necessary cookies are always set, as the site cannot work without them.
You can change your choice at any time using the cookie settings link in the footer.
5. Managing cookies in your browser
As well as our own settings panel, you can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling strictly necessary cookies may stop the site working properly, including the booking process.
Instructions for common browsers:
- Chrome: Settings > Privacy and security > Cookies
- Safari: Preferences > Privacy
- Firefox: Settings > Privacy & Security
- Edge: Settings > Cookies and site permissions
6. International transfers
The analytics and advertising providers named above may process data outside the European Economic Area. These transfers rely on European Commission adequacy decisions or on standard contractual clauses, together with any applicable additional safeguards.
7. Retention
Cookies have different expiry periods depending on their purpose. Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser; persistent cookies remain for the period set by each provider, up to a maximum of 24 months, after which we will ask for your consent again.
8. More information
You can read how we handle your personal data in our Privacy Policy, and exercise your rights by writing to info@pgroundsports.com.
If you believe your rights have not been properly handled, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if the tools we use change. The version in force is always the one published on the website, with its effective date shown at the top.
